Destination Silver Star
The project
360-degree communication campaign for announcement of the opening of new home of Silver Star (distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Bulgaria). It aimed to reach a mass audience utilizing online and offline channels, whilst engaging current and potential clients with news for the grand opening event.
The Challenge
Designing, planning and executing a jaw-dropping event and its concomitant advertising and communications campaign. Reaching and informing at lest 70% of the target audience with the key messages of the campaign; driving high levels of traffic to the landing page and creating engaging user experience. Generate eye-catching content that can be used to grow further brand`s digital channels and audience.
The Solution
Creating and executing detailed 360-degree communications campaign that included landing page, OOH, radio, all social channels, media features, TV reportages, Google display & search campaign.
The Result
Communication campaign results show overachievement and reach of all pre-set KPIs. We applied a mix of reach, impressions, engagement, video views & traffic, from 2 different channels, to create a top-of-mind overall impression. We also managed to cover more than 80% of our social media target. GDN supported the campaign with a serious impression share & traffic levels that supported the main KPI – awareness.
The platform we created furthered the message & solidified the overall ad recall in user`s mind. All in all, we created a seamless experience for each customer and user, by making everyone part of our journey to Destination Silver Star.
